KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll and Compliance Managing end to end payroll of full time employees Preparation of Direct and Indirect Journal Voucher related to payroll and provision Maintain and update of payroll database and Maintenance of multiple reports as per applicable statutory Laws. Managing end to end Exit Formalities. Hands on experience in internal and external audits License with various state and central licenses like Shops and Establishment, Professional Tax, LabourWelfare Fund, Provident fund, Employee State Insurance. Coordination with the consultant for sate specific returns/payments on monthly/half yearly/ yearly basis. Shallbe responsible to ensure all applicable statutory returns filing done on time Ensure compliance with all wage & employee taxes related regulations across various jurisdictions - IncomeTax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory payments Validate compliance status on monthly basis with the vendor and monthly compliance dashboard review withManagement. Assist employees for PF transfers, PF withdrawals/partial withdrawals, KYC updating, name correction etc… Resolving employee grievances HR Controlling Budgeting, Provisions, Forecast Reviewing monthly cost report with the Management Actuarial Valuation of Gratuity, Leave Encashment & Long Service award liability on Quarterly basis Employee Benefits Manage and monitor Employee Group Medical Insurance, Group Personal accident policy, Group TermLife Insurance policy – Yearly renewals, Monthly addition/deletion, Top-up insurance etc. Tracking of PR, PO, Payment & Accounting of all the invoices related GMC, GTL & GPA Managing Employee Group Gratuity Scheme Managing Corporate Employee National Pension Scheme – Monthly payments, PRAN mapping etc. Responsible for Employee fuel benefits, Meal benefits, Housing Loan subsidy etc… Co-ordination with vendors to ensure proper support and attention.
