here i was working as a technical assistance to CEO, i was specially responisble for customer support and correcting and implementing the right process in production dept. and my feedback goes to CEO regarding problem which has faced by customer and action plan to eliminate it. also we were analysing the wastage in comapny. after identifying the high wastage area we were trying to cut it by implementing the verious technic and by giving proper training to shop floor people.
