Management Intern
CurrentAs a manufacturing and management intern at Glastronix, had the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to learn about the manufacturing process and gain hands-on experience in a variety of tasks. Primary responsibilities included:1. Assisting in the assembly of complex mechanical systems and products.2. Operating and troubleshooting various machines and equipment, such as CNC machines, lathes, mills, and grinders.3. Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure that products met customer specifications and company standards.4. Creating and updating documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control forms.5. Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines During my internship, I developed a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices, as well as technical skills in machining, assembly, and quality control. I also gained valuable experience working in a team environment and communicating with colleagues to solve problems and complete tasks efficiently.
