Maximum utilize of Man, Material, Machine and Method (4M). Involving and ensuring the machines preventive maintenance activity to avoid minor and major breakdown. Responsible for analysing customer complaints to find out the root cause and to have corrective actions by using 4D Reports. 5S Activities. implementation of safe work practice in shop floor. Actively participating in development of new processes, jigs & fixtures to maintain and improve existing product quality. Thorough engineering knowledge scientific and other technical information relating to manufacturing process.
