- Study and interpret the client technical specifications, drawings; analyzing the requirement; understanding the scope of work, accordingly designing & offering clients to a very competitive priced LVSB in accordance with the latest IEC standards.- Floating the inquiries to authorized system integrators to obtaining the competitive commercial quote for LVSB integration part along with the technical offer and coordinate with them until the finalization of project order. - Handling pre-orders activities and the pre-order activities include : RITTAL product estimation costing, preparation of GA with IGA for internal switchgear components & bus bar layout, SI techno-commercial proposal evaluations, costing comparison of various SI techno-commercial proposals and finally submitting complete package value to end customer. - Handling post-order activities and this includes coordinating with the sourcing team by providing the entire project data and finalizing the SI for the projects. Post finalization of SI from sourcing team obtaining the complete sets of project drawings, evaluating received drawings and sharing with customers for obtaining formal approval for manufacturing. Post-approval coordinating with the internal sales team for SAP quote and order entry as well as obtaining the sale order number from them. - Handling simultaneously various projects & keeping project schedule by monitoring project progress by visiting system integrator premises, coordinating activities; resolving problems.- Finally post successful completion of integration & routine test of LVSB, scheduling customer IFAT. Post completions of IFAT, complying the compliance for customer comments. - Post IFAT, obtaining the dispatch clearance from customer by submitting compliance report with evidence documents plan Conducting final internal routine testing of each LVSB before offering to consultant/end-user for inspection and final dispatch.

- Overall complete planning, scheduling, establishing priorities, & monitoring of a production process of LVSB in line with project priorities and as well as a sales target as given by the management team.- Overall handling of RITTAL Ri4 Power, Riline60 & ISV Integrated projects & coordination with Rittal project/product team for technical clarification.- Responsible for achievements of the daily production plan across all the production line by ensuring optimal utilization of all resources that includes manpower(assembly, busbar processing, wiring, logistics & housekeeping), machinery equipment.- Reviewing the manufacturing drawings in line with customer specifications, requirements & coordination with the design team to ensure the correct design should go for production activities.Supporting for internal quality routine testing and coordination with PM team for customer IFAT & providing technical clarification towards customer queries during inspection.- Professionally and effectively handling key customers of the company who are continually contributing 40 % of the company turnover during the inspection.- Compliance for customer comments and coordinate with PM team for obtaining dispatch approval from end customer and accordingly arranging packing of finished goods & transportation.- Identifying and executing process improvement initiative wherever required to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction by efficient monitoring of scarp levels.

- Learning & gathering the complete info about the manufacturing process of LVSB and handling the assignment given by management parallelly. The management assignment includes the complete production plan by scheduling assigning personal accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, supervising controlling & monitoring production progress as per project priorities & sales targets.- Studying & Understanding the customer documents (specifications, SLD, BOM & control schematic if any) and accordingly preparing the General Arrangement with single line drawings & BOQ as per customer requirements. Post preparation completion of these documents, obtaining the manufacturing clearance or approval from end customer to go ahead by submitting the all relevant project-related documents. - Responsible for achievements in the daily production output plan by ensuring optimal utilization of all resources, that includes the manpower, machinery & other resources.- Ensuring the healthiness operation of all machinery equipment by completing preventive & predictive maintenance by calling the concern maintenance contractors for repairs. Also, maintaining the records of machinery equipment maintenance related reports.- Visiting the enclosure fabrication supplier for immediate status updates of manufacturing & delivery schedule and as well as conducting the FAT inspection of finished goods material.- Conducting the internal routine testing for finished goods & further taking care of packing & dispatches activities & coordinating with clients for unloading arrangements from there ends.

Handled whole and sole listed activities for Sugar Plant 1250 TCD / Day, Distillery Plant 30,000 L / Day, Bio-gas Plant. - Supervision on revamping of and Installation, commissioning of new Fibrizer Hammer unit. - Automated cane handling feeder table. - Revamping of crystallizer unit - Centrifugal units. - Juice heater Pan Sections.
