at client location with HUL(Hindustan Unilever Limited)Worked on "HP Open View", Responsible for maintaining CMDB database 100% accuracy and take care of all change requests (CR) and reviews.Using of "Remedy Tool" for E-mail creation, changes in location, internet, dial isp creations etc.Taking care of all the change requests rising by the users regarding asset, locations, network related problems.To make sure that all assets have been updated to data base with correct configuration details and Day to day configuration support of products.Generating weakly reports that of all the assets updating in the CMDB, Generating assets tags and sending across to all the HUL Locations.Interaction with the System Officers of all the HUL locations all over the India.Preparing of Awaiting Imacs for all the new assets procuring for different locations and doing change requests, as per interaction with the system officers by taking further configuration details of the assets.Changes in the CMDB regarding person data base, and asset data base when tickets logged by the users.Generating weakly reports of all the change tickets don, and getting approval from the manager.
