 Preparing MR as per respective Departments requirement. Receiving of materials from shore base and physical checking of materials against cargo manifest and PO’s. Co-ordinating with base purchase department for urgent materials requirements. Co-ordinating base logistic department for boat movements.  Co-ordinating with OIM, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician and Barge Engineer for their urgent materials requirements. Tracking all Drilling, Barge, Mechanical and Electrical consumables and Prepare MR for the new requirements. Responsible for system receipts/Issuing/Returns in AMOS. Responsible for prepare service request in AMOS system for service/repair the equipments. Attending Daily Morning meeting for planning the PMS. Co-ordinating with other rigs for internal material transfer.

Cosco Dalian, China

 Co-ordinate with Chinese local vendors to get the quotes for local purchase materials & place the orders once quotes approved by Rig manager/Project Manager. Co-ordinate with Chinese shipping agencies for our requirements of during loading the rigs on HLV (Getting the quotes from different vendors for Tug boats, Crew change boats, pilots etc). Co-ordinate with Chinese local vendors to timely deliver the local purchase materials. Receiving and Physical inspection of spares of all the equipments at COSCO various warehouses and discuss with warehouse in charge for proper storage of the materials.  Follow up with COSCO project team to loading of ODE & OFE materials from their various warehouses to on board of both the rigs before loading the rigs on HLV. Co-ordinate with COSCO logistic team to load the materials on Barge & offload the same on board of rigs at brake water. Set up the stores of both the rigs, as per the equipment wise. Follow up with the project team to clear the store related punches.

 Preparing MR as per respective Departments requirement. Carrying out regular cycle counting of rig equipments materials. Co-ordinating with base purchase department for urgent materials requirements. Co-ordinating base logistic department for boat movements.  Co-ordinating with OIM, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician and Barge Engineer for their urgent materials requirements. Tracking all Drilling, Barge, Mechanical and Electrical consumables and Prepare MR for the new requirements. Responsible for system receipts/Issuing/Returns in AMOS. Responsible for prepare service request in AMOS system for service/repair the equipments. Attending Daily Morning meeting for planning the PMS. Co-ordinating with other rigs for internal material transfer. Coordinating with Shore base team for materials required on urgent basis. Preparing cargo manifest for materials to be sent by chopper or vessel. Receiving of materials from shore base and physical checking of materials against cargo manifest and PO’s. Tagging of each and every items as received and ensuring materials kept in proper location. Creating Bin location for materials received in Amos and updating min-max for materials received on rig. Sending Materials back to base for repair or services along with cargo manifest and details of services required. Maintaining Inventory of 8200 items and its Min- Max stock at offshore. Maintaining physical stock as per system stock with ongoing cyclic count inventory. Re-conciliation of materials and high value items on regular basis on approval of OIM and R/M. Coordinating with chief mechanic and Tool Pusher for ordering of lubes, grease & oils. Completing system transaction of material receipt on rig and backload materials in Amos.

Panna Mukta Production Platform

 Carrying out regular cycle counting of production materials. Carrying out reconciliation of production inventory +variance & -variance regularly. Physical checking of new received materials from base. Co-Ordinating with satellite office for their material requirements at satellite platforms. Co-Ordinating with Vessel captains for material movements from boat to Process platform & Satellites. Co-Ordinating with Vessel captains for back loading the materials for base. Co-Ordinating with Crane operator and team for material offloading & back loading from the vessel. Discussing with OIM & AMM’S regarding the planning of materials requirements at process platform & Satellite platforms. Co-ordinating with well engineering teams & Crane operator teams for spotting of the equipments for well intervention jobs at Satellite platforms. Monitoring & documenting certificates, colour code of all lifting gears. Responsible for system receipts/Issuing/Returns in SAP. Co-Ordinating with production department for Boat & Chopper movements on daily basis.

Offshore , Jack Up Rig Ensco-53

 Planning, organizing and maintaining inventory of drilling rig.  Planning for movements of personnel and material as per rig look ahead. Maintaining rig POB and management of accommodation based on the living quarter capacity. Co-Ordinating with Service Company for planning material requisition & material movement. Carrying out regular cycle count of Drilling Materials. Co-Ordinating with Drilling, Completion for planning & logistics of Man power and material. Responsible for system receipts in SAP. Updating daily logistics & materials in drilling reports in IDS Data net & well view software. Attending daily operator meetings & conference calls involving the rig & service company personnel.

Mumbai Area, India

 Responsible for Project /Drilling & Production Materials receipt, storage and dispatch. Identification of material through vendor catalog. Follow-up with logistics and project group for cargo load out on vessels. Responsible for system receipts in SAP for project receipts. Physical verification / inventory and identification of mixed items. Co-Ordinating with Buyer/Vendor for timely delivery of materials. Co-Ordinating with ware house duty officers for staging and dispatch of materials.
