Sr. Procurement Associate - Operations - German Language Expert
Current• Airbus is a leading manufacturer of airplanes and aircraft.• Responsible for quality control of products and services used in the manufacturing process.• Focus on verifying the accuracy of information related to procurement and supplier management.• Utilize procurement cards to perform quality checks on HMG (Harmonized Materials Group) codes.• Each HMG code includes product and service details that need to be verified for correctness.• Ensure that the HMG code description matches the product/service information.• If the description is accurate, check if the supplier is registered under the corresponding HMG code.• Verify the delivery method and payment terms as per the internal customer requirements.• Correct discrepancies based on the quotation submitted by the supplier.• If no quotation is initially provided by the internal customer, initiate procurement by requesting the supplier to submit one.• Work with procurement and management tools: Coupa and SAP.
