As a Sushi Chef de Partie at W Hotels, I am passionate about creating and delivering high-quality food to the guests, while adhering to the food safety and preservation standards. I have been working in this role for 10 months, after gaining 1.5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie at TORI, a Latin Asian restaurant.I have developed my skills in cooking, food preparation, teamwork, and leadership through working in different cuisines and settings, from Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where I worked for 3 years, to W Hotels Goa, where I currently work. I enjoy learning new techniques and recipes, and collaborating with other chefs and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service. My goal is to continue to grow as a chef and to provide an exceptional dining experience to the customers.
