 Worked as a Deputy Manager- IT Asset Management, handling the IT Hardware Configuration Management and Asset Management for the KFin Tech Company. Raise PR for procuring the Desktop/Laptop Based upon the Request/Mail received, allocate Desktop/Laptop to Employees and captures all the information like the Employee Name, Employee Code, Make, Model, Asset Tag, and Serial Number. Assigning the Asset on Employee i.e., on Employee ID. On the arrival of replaced Employee, allocate Asset to the replaced Employee. Raising PR for RAM/HDD upgrades.  PR for replacing system with appropriate approvals. Replace Non-working System or Upgrade RAM/ HDD. Tracking the movement of system from Office to Home (WFH) or Home to Office. Verifying the Asset health, condition to certify for no dues from the relieving Employees and track the returned Asset, place it in store and update central inventory. Coordinate with the IT Support Team and taking care of issues related to Assets Hardware Problems. Identify EOL systems, non-Repairable and declare as E –Waste by following the E Waste Policy. Notifying the Data Administrators in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed.

Roles & responsibilities (CGI): Handling a Team of 4 members for the IT-Asset Management CI project. Ensure smooth operations from the creation of Purchase order to the decommissioning of the IT Asset (Asset Life cycle) in BMC- REMEDY ITSM CMDB Tool and iSource. Analysis of daily performance and action planning of the team. Day to day operations of the ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) team. Working on Remedy Requests in ITSM tools. Updation of the server attributes as and when requested. Updating Parent child relationship between Multiple CI’s. Worked on reports generated by Web-Central tool.

 Worked as IT Asset Management Executive at Andhra bank Core Banking Services Project.  Basically working on HP OVSC (Incident Desk/Request Logging Desk and H/W and S/W update Tool) for maintaining the Asset database, for movement of Assets within Andhra Bank DC and other Locations of Andhra Bank.  The database captures all the information like the Make, Mode, Asset Tag, Serial Number, Location, IP Address etc., and this database is uploaded into the service center as and when the installation team completes installation and sends an Installation Reports. Primary objective is to maintain up-to-date database of all HP Supplied Assets. Approval of Gate pass, Material Movements as per the requirement of Data Center. Generation of Weekly Asset Reports & Monthly CMDB Report to be sent to Central Asset Team & Operations manager  Physical Verification of Assets Twice a year through remote survey. Management of Critical spares. Generation of Asset Tags & Labeling. Define IMAC procedure for physical movement of assets. Assist the Customer in ensuring the overall asset information is centrally tracked. Weekly Status of Modems and Routers being maintained separately. Arranging Rental Laptops from local vendors as per requirement. Issuing No Due Clearance to the resources that are parting away from the Company on behalf of Asset Team.
