Headed the Hyderabad Region initially, and then the States of A.P. & Telangana, which comprise of 5 Major Offices (Profit C enters) and over 124 Small/Virtual Offices, with over 400 Employees and an annual Premium of Rs.400+ Crore.• My job was to ensure both Top-line & Bottom-line Budgets.• Through Multiple Distribution Channels (like Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate, Motor Dealers, Travel Agents, Brokers, Direct Marketing & Virtual Offices.).

• Headed Chennai Region, which comprises of 15 offices in Tamilnadu, with over 300 Employees.• My job was to make our region a Profit Centre, by achieving both Top-line & Bottom-line Budgets.• Through Multiple Distribution Channels (like Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate, Motor Dealers, Travel Agents, Brokers & Direct Marketing).
