Software Engineer
• Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and project discussions to gain insight into software engineering processes and best practices.• Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to the development of various software applications, including standalone and client-server enterprise applications.• Explore and familiarize with different programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in the development process, such as Python, Flask, Django, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.• Assist in testing software applications for functionality, performance, and reliability, and contribute to debugging efforts under the guidance of experienced engineers.• Help in documenting software designs, development processes, and testing procedures, and assist in generating reports to track project progress and outcomes.• Learn to use version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain code quality and integrity.• Gain exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes by assisting in the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD.• Take advantage of learning opportunities provided by the internship program to enhance technical skills, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop effective communication and teamwork skills.• Provide support to ongoing projects by assisting in various tasks such as data analysis, user interface design, and database management, as assigned by the project lead.
