I joined TechnoQ in 2019, TechnoQ is an industry-leading ELV systems integrator in Qatar specializing in audiovisual system solutions, building controls, security and access control systems. Designing, installing, testing, maintaining, and supporting integrated system solutions for a variety of environments, including government and educational institutions, healthcare organizations, is the core area of concentration.I work in the projects department for AV and ELV systems, where I am aiming to satisfy project timeline and budgets from implementation through handover phases, managing consumer expectations and maintaining milestone delivery are my essential roles.Since I joined TechnoQ, I have been working with high-level clients and adopting the most recent technologies while carefully taking quality criteria into account in order to carry out the company's vision.

I started my career with Optimiza, a sister company of Consolidated Contractors Company. Optimiza has partnered with a wide range of prestigious vendors and suppliers of ELV applications and IT infrastructure solutions and has structured its internal resources and knowledge base to cater to all ELV scopes. This has facilitated our ability to carry out ELV initiatives effectively.During my work with Optimiza, I gained the foundation of my experience in engineering for ELV and AV systems and completed tasks such as meeting project requirement, preparation of Schematic diagrams, Shop drawings, preparation of Material submittals and Method statement documents, attending T&C phase, in addition to Supervision of work and implementations with proper systems configurations. My main responsibilities was in Audio video systems, I designed and implemented AV system for more than 16 meeting rooms in addition to Public address system, I implemented public address system to 5 star hotels and government buildings following NFPA and MOI standers. I worked with Optimiza / CCC in 2 main projects first one was Saraya Aqaba Project, 4 Five stars hotels operated by Jumeirah and Starwood groups, staff facility buildings , conference center , beach club and residential Villas from February 2016 to May 2017 in Jordan and second project was Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development for Kuwait Oil Centre from May 2017 to 2019) in Kuwait in addition to estimation and pre-sales for other projects tenders. I worked on different systems during my work with Optimiza:1- Public address system. 2- Background music system. 3- AV system.4- Firer alarm system.5. Structure cabling.

I was providing engineering services such as engineering and technical consultancy, workshops and educational programs and trainings, affordable sale of electronic components to students and projects for technical engineering design and development.Main technological platforms I organized using Arduino and PIC microcontrollers, hardware and software with various types of electronic sensors such as ultrasounds, IR , RFID and switches , in addition to JAVA, C computer languages and data bases.Starting such type of entrepreneuring companies in Jordanian market during my B.Sc degree, was a big challenge that required extra efforts and great team. I learnt following skills in order to achieve my targets and goals as an entrepreneur: 1- Starts-up and entrepreneurs concepts.2-Team building.3- Business models creation.4- Customer relation management.5- Projects management.6- Marketing.7- Supply chain management principles.8- Automation , AV and ELV systems.

During my two months of training at International Airport (AIG), I learned various maintenance techniques for the following systems:1- Power Generators2- Automatic transformers3-Electrical pumps4- Airport lighting system / air side.
