His sector experience has been in Automotive, Oil & Gas, Engineering Equipment Manufacturing, Cement, Glass Fibre, Healthcare and Information Technology.Positive provides bandwidth “burst” at the CXO level to develop business strategies and manage business transformations for operational excellence. It manages operational programs for investments (including acquisitions) and raising growth capital while providing operational due-diligence and oversight in the acquired assets / entities. Registered in the UAE, it operates in the Middle-East, India and EuropeRajesh is currently also developing a patient-centered healthcare business serving the elderly and chronically afflicted, called AltenCare.Based in Dubai, UAE since 1994, Rajesh is an IIT Delhi alumnus and trained both at Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad and Boston University in Supply Chain Management, Business Strategy and Information Technology. He has also been an Honouree of CIO100 India in 2011 and 2012 and a Winner of the IT Security Supremo Special Award.Over the course of various senior management positions held in the past, Rajesh has created business IT systems for manufacturing corporations and developed a segment leading fleet rental and leasing management software product, with its markets in the Middle-East, Eastern and Southern Europe. He ran an automotive and transportation practice, headed the customer care and retention business (MRD) for an India listed IT Services company, with a turnover of $600 Million. He has effectively evolved and executed Information Technology strategies for a $1 Billion conglomerate whose commodities manufacturing business is spread across China, India, UAE, Belgium, Norway and the USA.
