Develop safety Management plan and oversee implementation of the same. Assist leadership team in achieving ?Zero Incidents?. Conduct safety inspections, observations and audits for compliance. Devise and implement Emergency Response Plan. Inspection & approval of safety equipment at vendors end. Conduct investigation of all incident & Occupational health issues and suggest recommendations. Analyse past accident, their trend with suggestive measures for controlling and present such trend analysis to the top management for further improvement. Organize monthly meeting of Apex Safety Committee as secretary and prepare MOM for follow up action. Liaison with Govt.. bodies for issues pertaining to safety.
