Daepartment:Special Project DivisionProject Involved:1) Mix-Development of Bukit Bintang City center (BBCC)2) Mix-Development of Jalan Sultan Ismail (JSI)3) Redevelopment and Refurbishment of Pertama Complex4) Redevelopment of Cahaya Suria & Sinar Kota5) Redevelopment of Klinik Pergigian Cahaya SuriaExperience:- Prepared RFP and LOA.- Prepare and review cost feasibility studies.- Assist in preparing and compiling design and build contract document.- Attending tender opening.- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties on the works.- Checking the accuracy and correctness of the tender drawings.- Compile and review pre-bid tender document in respect of project tendered.- Attend site meetings and client consultants meeting.- Assist in any others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Project Handled:1) Cadangan Mendirikan Bangunan Hostel 5 Tingkat (42 Bilik), Bandar Georgetown, D.T.L., Lebuh King, Pulau Pinang Untuk Tetuan Estate Of Yeap Chor Ee, Deceased2) Cadangan Pindaan Dan Tambahan Kepada 3 Unit Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat Sedia Ada Premis No. 74, 76, dan 78, Jalan Pintal Tali, Bandar Georgetown, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang Untuk Tetuan Feab Properties Sdn. Bhd.3) Cadangan Untuk Mendirikan 1 Blok Pangsapuri 5 Tingkat (8 Unit) Berserta Tempat Letak Kereta Di Tingkat Bawah, D.T.L., Bandar Georgetown, Jalan Green Hall, Pulau Pinang Untuk Netcity Properties Sdn. Bhd.Experience:- Responsible to undertake the measurements, taking-off and estimates.- Administration of tenders – preparation of contract documents and BQ.- Attending site meeting as wells as construction site for site valuation.- Prepare monthly progress claims and payments, VO & finalization of accounts to main contractor.- Review tender document, construction drawings and BQ to check for discrepancies.

- Experience of the tender stage and of dealing with procurement issues.- Experience at section QS level as taking off quantities and preparation of BQ. - Assist senior QS in pre contract & post contract stages.- Quotation from supplier and contractor.
