 Preparing various management reporting for both KFHMB and Group in order to equip the Division’s Head Reporting and publishing financial performance for all business and support unit in BIMIS portal Manage and execute budget planning process and prepared financial budget in line with budgeting principle Liaise with different functions for analysis requested to support informed decision making and monitoring within budget cycle Review, monitor and adjusting budget plan as required ie Opex & Capex control analysis for BOARD approval Handling local BU reporting and Kuwait reporting CAPEX and OPEX monitoring for monthly reporting Identify process improvement to streamline date collection and report generation processes Conduct analyses on cost allocation and business unit’s profitability reporting to enable data driven business decisions Monitor and extract data from financial databases, financial statements, accounting records and compile analysis Engage with process improvement for reporting

 Handling monthly management report for subsidiary and year end audit report Engage in annual report (Groups) for year-end closing and Bursa submission for quarterly and yearly basis Consolidate monthly basis divisions accounts with KPIs for management reporting (Analysis Division Results) Presentation financial statement results and KPIs division for BOARD and EXCOM meeting monthly, quarter and yearly basis Preparing cash flow forecasting vs actual cash flow to project cash flow on quarterly basis (board presentation) Intercompany reconciliation and matrix for monthly and annual report In charge for EQAA report (upstream company for oil & gas) for submission to Petronas on quarterly basis Reconciliation BPC report with management report submission for group consolidation Reconciliation of intercompany balances on monthly basis, quarterly basis and yearly basis Updating and announcement forex for overseas subsidiaries and SAP system for month end closing rate

 Maintain fixed assets register for vessel company Posting recurring transaction every month ie closing entry, salary schedule, depreciation, insurance, provision and prepayments  Assist financial reporting process, preparing monthly report for the management and presentation of quarterly results and annual report Reconciliation intercompany transaction and balance sheet review to clear accrual and prepayment account  Working for the impairment of assets ie. vessel impairment exercise
