-Develop, monitor, and review Regular Equipment Inspection (REI) related to process parameters -Perform and execute periodical inspection PM planning (safety, equipment reliability and quality) -Lead engineering analysis for equipment troubleshooting (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical) -Identify & develop process engineering improvement for equipment downtime reduction (Kaizen) -Develop & actively involved in Lean Manufacturing (Value Stream Mapping) -Focal person for communication between Shift team & Maintenance (abrupt trouble downtime) -Key person for equipment CF extension (Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) DOSH inspection) -Manage procurement planning for equipment spare parts and consumables (RFQ, screening) -Implement cost optimization initiative (monthly production repair & maintenance expenses) -Key person in equipment renewal planning and investment (ageing equipment & upgrade) -Key person in utilities energy saving initiative (steam trap, electrical VSD, recycle water) -Detect, identify, diagnose, and implement process safety management (JSA, HAZOP & What-If) -Key person in RCCA for process trouble & equipment downtime (Ishikawa, Why-why analysis) -Initiate RFE (Request for Engineering) & monitor project until investment project closure [GAIMS] -Key person in SAP S/4 Hana EAM module (data migration & maintenance resource scheduling) -Key person in ageing monomer line & safety critical device (Process Safeguarding & P&ID markup)

-Arrange and compile engineering drawings, Visual Inspection (VI) reports and attachments-Assign & arrange static equipment inspectors manpower loading based on inspection requests-Assist in editing VI reports amendments and remarks-Record and tabulate TA lesson learnt from static equipment inspection section -Data entry for internal, external Visual Inspection (VI) and NDT reports in PETRONAS RBI system-Update defect findings in PRBI system-Determine inspection confidence assessment based on internal, external VI and NDT reports-Arrange and compile closed-out report for defect findings that have been rectified-Involved in video preparation and editing for Special Scheme of Inspection ( SSI ) Audit Session with DOSH

-Prepare brief literature review on the project-Prepare project proposal and present using Microsoft Power Point to reviewers-Develop and improve the production of formic acid ( >50% ) using lab scale reactor-Final reporting ( grant closing ), present and publish research article at MIMEC Conference 2017(1 ISI/WoS ESCI indexed paper, DOI. No: 10.30544/327)
