After having moved to Dubai in the year 1995 to handle the operations for WAFI Property as an Operations Manager for 9 continuous years, my major responsibilities were to manage the smooth and efficient operations of the world class leisure and shopping complex, including retail mall, restaurants, spa, swimming pool area and exclusive residential properties of the multidimensional organization. This exposure increased my efficiency & overall responsibility for operations division with twenty-five direct employees and 60 indirect employees. In the year 2004, I moved to Dubai Properties Group under the banner of Idama Facilities Management as Senior Facilities Manager to handle TECOM account that essentially included Dubai Media City, Dubai Knowledge Village, Dubai Internet City, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Production City, IMPZ, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Design District & Villa Lantana. I was involved in delivering both Hard and soft services to the whole of TECOM account covering nearly 6 million square feet of prestigious office premises dealing with tenant issues and the management of service quality, health & safety, sustainability and environmental measures. From Being ranked number 94 on the Construction Week power 100 list for my influence in the region and outstanding achievements across FM sector, to being shortlisted as one among 3 of the finalists for the ITP Gulf FM award 2008 under two different categories – “Young FM of the year” & “FM Employee of the year”, I have always believed in learning more!With all the above exposure and ability to stand-out of the norms, I have started my own organization that deals with vast sectors catering to every industry possible.
