Global Banking Operations comprises operations for Commercial and Corporate banking clients. These operations support the business across US, Asia Pacific, & EMEA regions. GBO functions include implementation and servicing of credit, depository and treasury products; processing of payments and processing of trade finance transactions.Job DescriptionFinancial Booking team books renewal of MBPC PBU line of credits term loans and standalone letters of credit renewals on system of records (Loan IQ). The process starts when the signed loan agreement is received from the Customer.As soon as the loan document is uploaded on Electronic Document Repository - RRSD (Review and Receive Signed Documents) task is generated where the Employee reviews signed documents for its completeness and Accuracy. The next step is to complete SnD (Settle & Disburse funds) task in which the Employee makes transaction entries to collect required fees. The next task is "Board Facility" where the Employee books the loan on SOR Loan IQ.ResponsibilitiesResponsible to carry out appropriate due diligence for each Loan facility.Responsible to ensure that the tasks are completed within the given SLAsNeed to meet all the applicable CTQs for the business.Effective Analytical skills are required to ensure that correct action is taken on each transaction.Interact with LOB partners for a quick resolution of issues.Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise.
