Process automation through Advance Excel, and VBA Macros. Participate in business requirements discussions with the different operations teams then develop the Automation tool, UAT, Live deployment and Support.  Assist with the development of adhoc reports using Excel, and VBA to address business needs including creation of customized reporting that will aid day to day operations of the department. Experience in building dynamic dashboards and scorecards. Generate, maintain, consolidate, and track various reports. Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data. Updating various informative Dashboards on daily and weekly basis. Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie Charts. Generating & Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports. Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based on the results.  Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae or VBA Macros. Presentation in PowerPoint & Dashboard as per the requirement of the management. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly Operational analysis as it relates to Volume, efficiencies, cycle time and quality.
