•Responsible for the performance of MOCVD reactors and other associated support tools such as abatement and furnace oven in the epitaxy manufacturing.•Performing machine schedule maintenance activities in clean room and sub facility with closure SAP PM timely without any safety and quality issue.•Sustain the running of the equipment, daily monitoring of all machine process parameters and addressing line operation issues, ensure the uptime of the equipment with establish and implement preventive maintenance.•Perform troubleshooting on equipment software and hardware part with application of inline measurement systems (Deflectometer/Real Temp).•Transfer and start-up of new equipment, set-up procedure, hook-up, buy-off and qualification of new equipment together with process engineer as team, ensure processes and equipment are compliance to EHS policy.•Support and perform continuous improvement project to identify equipment development potential, and support development activities together with engineers.•Maintain good 5S, maintenance work quality and safety, carrying out all task compliance to EHS and safety regulations with high sensitivity on safety requirement.

•Assist Technical Specialist & Engineer in machine transfer from Singapore to Malaysia in processdevelopment, risk build, qualification build, machine buyoff until machine release to production (RTP).•Transfer, setup & assemble machine/jig/fixture by referring to instructions, diagrams, schematics, andtemplates provides from Engineering Team and prepare materials for NPI builds (engineeringsample/qualification sample)•Assist engineers to execute plan as per production & engineering processes on daily basis.•Involves in all engineering activities in daily, monthly maintenance and improvement of all manufacturingequipment in compliance with all safety procedures and 6S standards.•Operating Plasma Etching Machine for Flex cleaning using plasma. Daily check machine RF by using BirdPower Meter and Dummy Load. Perform RF Calibration and Leak Test for Plasma Etching Machine.•Operating Laser Ablation Machine for ablating ink nozzle hole at flex using laser. Daily autonomousmaintenance to check Laser Power, Optics condition, Gas Consumption and Chamber Leak Test.•Heavily involved with Pneumatic, PLC, Optical Alignment troubleshooting and maintenance.

Line Leader• Monitor and help production operator in line.• Do daily production report.• Calibrate machine parameter to maintain required productivity level and adherence to quality standards.• Train new employee to operate polishing machine.• Help process and equipment team on troubleshooting machine and quality problem.
