Responsibilities:• Prepare investment memos for small and medium credits proposals.• Coordinate with relationship officers and customers to obtain necessary information for processing of credit proposals.• Undertake diligent credit appraisal and assess the creditworthiness of both existing and potential new customers by analysis of financial statements, client credentials, company profile and expertise, market and industry information, risks, etc.• Scrutinize all documents pertaining to the credit proposal and ensure compliance with the Bank's developmental and credit policies, with CBB rules and regulations, and with Tamkeen's processing requirements.Other Responsibilities:• Preparation of Equity / Venture Capital proposals on an ad hoc basis. • Collaborating with the Trade Finance Department, Development (Advisory) Services Division, and Business Development Officer to introduce a new product to the Bank's portfolio of products.
