• Perform operation and maintenance (O&M), Backoffice & on-site for multi vendors of IP and transmission networks to know and identify the fault root cause and advice with the required corrective actions.• Perform O&M of IP/MPLS access/metro networks, L2/L3 devices such as Juniper MPLS, Huawei IPRAN, Cisco routers and switches.• Perform O&M of Wi-Fi Aruba networks and solve all the related cases for the public and private networks.• Perform O&M of ETTH, Enterprise & Wholesale customers services on networks including DWDM, NG- SDH, Optical fiber, Microwave & Redline.• Perform O&M of FTTH GPON customers links including access optical fiber trench & Aerial networks and follow up with the fiber network contractors.• Provide 2nd level technical support of IP access & enterprise transmission networks within a multi-vendor environment.

- RF site planning, design, simulation, optimization, interference analysis and drive-testing and analysis on 2G, 3G&4G networks.- Planning, Design, Implementation and support of Wireless Networks.- Provide design recommendations based on technology standards and equipment specifications especially antennas.- Complete site surveys and designs- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems down to message layer- Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, traffic performance analysis and monitoring and troubleshooting activities. - Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials.- Work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources and escalate.- Define new system requirements based on customer interactions.- Key contributor to developing product strategies.- Strong record of Designing solutions, driving customer activities and discussions.- Quality metrics be qualified.
