Current• Coordinated uninterrupted operation of International Internet Gateway Data Centers and Point-of-Presence locations of the Tier-1 ISP that accounted for 60% of the Country’s total Bandwidth.• Set up BGP Peering with Upstream (Cogent, Hurricane Electric, NTT Communications, PCCW, TIS, China Mobile International, etc.) and provided IP Transit to clients surpassing 300 Gbps.• Administered the IP core network running BGP, OSPF/IS-IS/EIGRP, static load balancing and L2/L3 switching, ensuring minimum downtime and fastest routing.• Configured and maintained route policy, policy map, tcl-scripting, community-based routing etc. to ensure smooth Upstream and customer traffic proliferation. • Configured and maintained DNS, DHCP, SYSLOG, SolarWind, Cacti, PRTG, Mail Servers etc. in Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms. • Fielded both Technical and Non-technical Customer support helpdesk by phone, email and Trouble Ticket system warranting maximum Client Satisfaction.• Facilitated quarterly Stakeholders’ Meetings to engage all customers, vendors, regulatory bodies and the ministry to attain feedback regarding our customer service, technical support, policy and customer satisfaction.
