In my 5+ years of experience at Ubiquiti Inc., I have designed, developed and continue to maintain several automated tests, saving QA engineers several hours daily. I also work on enhancing user experience by developing solutions to commonly reported problems and feature requests.I am currently also responsible for managing firmware releases for the UniFi Access Point product line, which has 18 million+ active devices. I triage issues from various sources (forums, support, internal). This enables me to determine the stability of each release and establish patterns to determine the impact of each issue.Additionally, I manage sprints for two teams - UniFi Access Point Firmware Developers, and QA Engineers. I assist with task prioritization and collaboration with other teams to ensure that continual progress is made and business directives are achieved.I also manage our in-house datacenter, which includes firmware compilation servers, storage NAS devices, a large network of switches, access points, and cameras, etc. I help ensure that our internal network stays up, accessible to other offices, and secure.
