Checking if the machine in under warranty / AMC etc and resolve technical issues of the machines as per the specifications; consult concerned technical expert in case of any technical issues and resolve customer complaints. Suggest in case of replacement of spares / consumables to the customer if necessary and as per the directive from the technical expert. Upon successful resolution, obtain customer feedback as per the process. Technical advisor for the customer as and when required. Promote Domino printech packages such as AMCs, Inks in a consultative manner to the customer explaining them the benefits . Promptly submit all consumables / spares that are unutilized and/or replaced items. Promote Domino printech brand through professional approach and dress attire on a consistent basis. Prepare and submit daily report in the system. Work with teams to achieve better results.
