 Responsible for Reconcile accounts with Banks, Suppliers, Clients, and head Office for Unit Knowledge of VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax, Corporate Tax ( TDS, Return, Assessment) Determining financial objectives, and implementing systems, policies and processes in consultation with top management. Responsible for TDS, Service tax and other statutory returns. Ensuring timely preparation and maintenance of appropriate records of receivables, payables, capital, fixed assets and expenses for budgeting control. Supervising the preparation of various books of accounts and financial statements (Monthly / Quaterly / Yearly) in compliance with accuracy norms. Budgeting with periodic control. Ensure all internal and external audits.  Control on Overhead Expenses. Perform monthly MIS, budget, forecast, reporting, analysis and cost saving  Prepare Periodic Cash Flows and monitor the working capital need Management of Cash Fund flow and cash flow. Liaise with Bank, external professional, consultants and various support business units Responsible for wage and salary administration  Arrangement of funds, Payments, Bank reconciliation. Assist on various matters to Finance controller on Daily / monthly MIS. Ensure on financial and legal compliances. Endure all accurate and comprehensive Inventory records and implementation of inventory.  Ensure proper implementation of statutory Compliance under various Labor Laws for new projects and existing projects
