• Provide root cause analysis of structural and appearance defects during and after completion of the manufacturing lifecycle of a smartphone.• Assist in the smooth functioning of assembly lines by dealing with various issues online like Bad Material, Appearance defects.• Engineering Process change, Assembly machine parameters etc.• Deal with incoming material defects alongside SQA and provide vendor feedback for improvement in raw materials.• Prepare documents (if required) for changes in the manufacturing process, material movement, usage of material on the assembly line etc.• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.

• Creating 3D models of plastic injection moulding components on CAD software (Solidworks) with the help of 2D drawings and prototypes.• Mold Design of created 3D component for injection moulding.• Rendered schematics designs in SolidWorks to produce 2D and 3D models.• Interpreted technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports to make revisions to CAD drawings.
