Selling Damac's High End value and luxury properties to investors across the Globe.Responsible for Sourcing potential investors and establish/maintain a good Business relationship.Participation in various marketing and lead generation activities to source new business.Maintaining relationships with Real estate agencies/Brokers in markets for new business.Build awareness and knowledge of the property market through market research.Business Development by initiating and nurturing effective relationships, developing & presenting proposals aiming at a timely closure.

Attend and generate enquiries, Handle HNIs including NRI’s.Conducting sales Activity through Presentation, Counseling as well as channel partners.Deliver sales Targets as planned.Motivating channel partners so as to ensure active involvement with the project.Engaging with existing customers and prospective investors to update them about new Projects and making them part of new projects. Participating in various promotional events to promote sales & Market research.

Responsible for direct sales generates through direct and channel partners.Site observations and monitoring various activities on site.Identifying prospective customers and improving the customer base.To handle customers on a one to one level to understand the issues in detail so as to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Participating in property exhibitions in India in order to attract customers including big MNC’s.Leading Brand building and awareness campaigns of the Company and Projects.
