As Ad Operations Analyst at Glam Media, I manage testing & campaign management of multi million ad campaigns & ensure meeting goals for online advertising. I am responsible for end to end relationship management with Glam’s ad networks and ad sales teams, working closely with internal and external teams. I was primarily responsible for SEA markets. Details of Client’s Handled – P&G, Nike, Unilever, Nestle, Burberry, Macy’s, BMW, Lexus, SK-IIResponsibilities: Setting up of online campaigns in Japan, Korea & SEA (South East Asia) as per IAB standards.Responsible for presales, inventory management, publisher management support.Working closely with the Sales Team and the client and suggesting /confirming regarding the optimizing the campaigns to improve the performance and ensure complete delivery of the booked impressions.Perform regular quality assurance checks of publisher’s sites as well as new vendor tags.Use different party (Atlas, Point Roll, Double Click, Eye blaster, Vapid etc.) tags to test & help junior campaign managers to launch new campaigns. Responsible for Custom Product launch of Glam ad network. QA’ing ad tags and sharing those for respective team & clients with screenshot’s.Complete quality control & trafficking of online campaigns for different clients.Setting up of Mobile ads campaign, rich media & video ads campaign.Working on different models like CPM, CPC, CPD.Troubleshooting of impressions & clicks discrepancy.Trafficking AD Campaigns with standard ad lines, mobile flash and standard banners, different attractive Rich Custom Products, Rollovers, Rich Media Video Pre-rolls etc. for different clients as per their requirements.Upload and test banner ads, video ads and third-party tags to ensure that they meet specification and policy requirements.Kickoff call with sales team to ensure and understands client objective for advertisement to get maximum ROIGenerating campaign delivery reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
