 Working in Global NOC in gurgaon as a NOC engineer. Fault Localization/Correction/Verification at various BTS sites. Modifying Parameters using GUI Based system and through Linux Environment. Generate KPI report,Erlang report,History-Event report,CCU-report,Network outage and share it with L2 support for further process. Enter logs of BSC (In Linux Machine) as per guided by L2 team. Daily health check of all BSC’s and providing better network performances. Fault Management: loop testing,sector call checking, checking of system racks. Generating Tickets within benchmark time. OMCR Day by day activities like health check-up, Report Generation etc. Coordination with Field Personnel's to get issues resolved. Providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting the issues reported. Trouble shooting online issues. Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window. Performing troubleshoot on system and resolving all issues in process. Coordinating with senior level engineering group and site contacts for resolving all technical issues. Maintain BSC backup and BSS configuration on weekly basis. Effectively communicate shift status information to the next shift staff assuming responsibility Proactively check ,diagnose and restore all Network components in the Operations environment. Coordinating with senior level engineering group and site contacts for resolving all technical issues. Maintain BSC backup and BSS configuration on weekly basis. Effectively communicate shift status information to the next shift staff assuming responsibility Proactively check ,diagnose and restore all Network components in the Operations environment.
