-Product Design as per BIW data/SOR input. -Proficient CAD handling & management in UG NX and AUTOCAD.-Product Feasibility as per customer's design and feasibility sign-off. -Product co-design activity with OEMs. -VA/VE proposal to the customer as per technical feasibility. -Internal CFT discussions for Product feasibility and KPIs finalization. -Technical sheets preparation as per received RFQ inputs. -Product development and tooling cost sheet submission to S&M. -Customer negotiations and handling during RFQ.-Preparing strategies and improvement plans to compete with the Market in new technology.- Tolerance stack-up analysis.

-3D and 2D design of new machines & design improvement in existing machines. -Part Design, Sheet Metal Design, structure design, Assembly, Drafting.-Design calculations for part selection. -Machine installation & commissioning at customer site. -R&D on current challenges and provide technical solutions. -Costing of the fabrication parts of the machine as per the BOM listed in the drawing.-Checking the quality of incoming material with actual and giving feedback to suppliers.-Assembly of the machine validating the assembly checksheet tolerances.-Workshop testing of the machine as per customer standard conditions. -Testing history sheet preparation and updating the design in case of issues.-Machine packing standards and safety assurance during machine shifting to customer location. -Customer satisfaction by meeting the requirements and meeting the target dates.-Complete checksheets of the machine need to be prepared during machine development and needs to be handed over during machine commissioning.

-To adopt the organizational environment and follow BPF-Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the supervisor. -Shadowing senior staff members and assisting wherever possible. -Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.-Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
