Current• Managing Engineering, Release, Quality and Operation team resources and people (20+) across matrix organization to achieve common business goals.• Responsible for leading Development & Delivery Team of Various Banking Module like Data, Acquisition, Payment & Card.• Key responsibilities include, providing overall technical leadership to Engineering teams. Working with Product Management to establish business requirements. Working with Architect to design software and system architecture, application code reviews to ensure compliance with application development best practices.• Identifying areas of improvement in process, system and software architecture.• Providing coaching and mentoring to varying levels across matrix organization. Helping solve technical problems. Fostering an environment for team members to be productive, innovative and to have high job satisfaction. Partnering with colleagues across the organization at various levels to achieve overall business objectives.• Coordinated the product roadmap between the full site and mobile applications to improve quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.• Ensuring procedures, processes and standards for area are continuously reviewed, tested and aligned with the business.• Leading Engineering team in roadmap discussion and business strategy; convince and persuade executive management on matters of strategic and operational importance.
