Currently responsible for managing a PAN India level portfolio of key QSR and retail restaurants across the country while building, nurturing and maintaining client relationships for Zomato's Online Ordering business.-Using a high-level understanding of the F&Bsector to make strategic inputs and maximizeresults for all stakeholders.- Working closely with clients to identify andevaluate marketing strategies, this includestracking and analysis of their performance.- Constantly monitoring market trends, gatheringbusiness intel and preparing stakeholders (Internaland External) to take measures that can hand themfirst-mover advantage.- Cross-sell business deals to meet requirements;develop and negotiate contracts; integratingcontract requirements with business operations.- Actively engage in key projects critical totransaction growth, revenue growth and customersatisfaction.
