Financial Reporting: • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to be reported to CFO and Senior Management. • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Team Leadership: • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and development opportunities. • Allocate tasks and manage workflow within the accounting department. Compliance: • Ensure compliance with Accounting Principles and Company internal policies. • Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.
