I am working as a HP Cluster Lead and we have two applications HP PPM and HP ALM in this cluster. I am responsible for handling PPMC and ALM team for development and production support activities. We are handling all the server maintenance activities includes bouncing servers, cache management and changes in server.conf file for different purpose. We are also creating ad hoc SQL Queries for extracting data from HP PPM table as per user requirements. Responsible for cross training of team for handling extra work load.I am partially assigned to another project DMSP as Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating scrum team to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. Using Azure DevOps for managing scrum activitiesI am also partially assigned in another project RECO which is based on Salesforce as Scrum Master and using JIRA as Scrum tool.All the modules of PPMC have implemented for Nespresso. PPMC is supporting their demand and project management process. Resource, their submitted time and financial calculation happened through this tool. Program and portfolio management have been used by higher management for extracting overview of demand and projects running under them. Overall PPMC is configured in Nespresso for getting best out of this tool. Performance of PPMC is much better than other implementations. They have mixed mode server architecture on Windows server with external web server with one user node and another service node. ALM is implemented for requirement and test management in Nespresso. I do not have technical background in ALM but working as Lead of this team for supporting team in technical communication and database expertise.
