Major responsibilities. Assist in recruiting and hiring new employees. Manage training and development initiatives for all staff. Keep track of employee performance. Improve communication, organizational and company culture. Create a safe and inclusive work environment. Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Provide necessary IT infrastructure for remote work & adapting to new trends and technologies. Ensure the safe and adequate operation of office equipment & documents including liaison with departments. Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information. Account for all office supplies and maintaining stocks in office. Maintain performance records and statistics & responsible for providing periodic oral and/or written reports to management concerning the HR and Administration Department activities. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Finance Task:

Project Management: Support the planning and implementation of strategic cross-functional initiatives, while managing day-to-day execution. Hold meetings online and track milestones to ensure deliverables are met; manage and escalate risks and issues with a solution-oriented mindset; report status and present program updates. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule.
