It Consultant - Onsite
Current- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customer regarding hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues. Troubleshoot problems, resolve technical issues promptly, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and other hardware devices. Ensure systems are updated, patched, and properly configured to optimize performance and security- Support and fix the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
