The project initially relied on C# and Windows, but we migrated to Linux and Java for storage servers.- Implemented an upload file server using Jetty and implement http multipart upload with ability to get of progress of uploads.- Implemented a http file server using Netty framework to support chunked downloads, handle hundreds of concurrent stream connections also publish logs and metrics about usage in MongoDB.- Implemented a service for transfer files between our storage servers and also to download files from other file sharing services like RapidShare, MediaFire, etc.
