PROJECTSMBM Gulf Electromechanical LLC - Dubai UAEThe Pulse South Dubai Mixed Used Residence Project (B+ G+ 11 + R)Akoya Oxygen Cluster 1 (184 villa)Akoya Oxygen Cluster 2 (156 villa)Akoya Oxygen Cluster 4 (190 villa)Akoya Oxygen Cluster T (455 villa)QAQC ENGINEER ELECTRICALResponsibilities- Reviewing & preparing Shop drawing- Preparing document for application purpose.- Deal with sub-contractor & consultant engineer- Quality of project & Safety measurement- Prepare report (RFI, MIR & testing reports)- Prepare method statement and material submittal.- Monitor adequate close out of NCs-Non-conformity and events- Coordinates with the site store of timely inspections of materials on site and ensures the correctness of the materials in compliance with the project specification.- Implements Project Quality Plan and Testing related control forms on sites. - To follow up the commented/rejected inspections with the engineers for the rectification and subsequent inspections with the consultant- Ensures inspection duties are in accordance with quality program- Closing NCR’s- Providing documentation and review project specification detailed instructions, review of drawing- Deal with main contractor & consultant engineer- Ensures inspection duties are in accordance with quality program- Providing documentation and review project specification detailed instructions, drawing- Deal with consultant engineer & attend weekly qc meetings- Review and contribute for the KPI of the project.- Prepare report and document project- Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within the project quality system- Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications.- Deal with consultant engineer as well as client- Prepare Billing, estimates, site monitoring/ site supervision- Ensure conformance to specification of project- Supervise and negotiate changes to resolve conflicts and problem occurring at project site- Prepare report and document project activities and data- Responds to Co-workers suggestions and junior complaints- Analyzing proposed site factors- Calculate profile and component specification and material quantities
