• Carry out the Start-up & Commissioning activities, Fault analysis/ Investigation and repairs activities of the Analytical Systems NMR and Electrostatic Products.• Lead and Drive Analytical Projects Service planning, scheduling and execution including third party components associated to the Systems/ Shelters.• Provide advanced technical support to Customers for the maintenance of Analytical Systems NMR and associated products (PLC, OPC Communication, Purge System, Valves, Actuators, Limit Switches, Solenoids and Flow Sensors).• Carry out site surveys, Site Walk Downs, and assessment of Analytical installed base for upgrades and Consulting opportunities.• Travel to customer site in or outside the region to perform services of Analytical System NMR and Electrostatic Probe Instruments.• Provide daily support to Customer through phone call and email. Arrange proper service documents to assist customer.• Conduct training and provide support in raised service matters.• Develop Customer relationship to ensure long term Customer loyalty and growth of service business.
