 Responsible for Books of Accounts & finalization of Financial Statements Preparing Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly financials of Region wise, Branch wise, Product group wise, Sales man wise etc. Timely settlement of principals, vendors and local suppliers. Liaising with Banks for opening LC, Bills discounting and ensuring timely settlements. Follow up of Accounts Receivables for timely collection on due dates, visiting customers for solving the issues, disputes, excess credit limit etc. Recommending management for approval of credit facility to customers. Submitting weekly report of collection, Ageing, retention etc. to management. Verifying Sales Invoices, Delivery notes with Customer Purchase orders. Verifying project job card and analyze cost & revenue to ensure profitability of Projects. Coordinating with Showroom for daily collections, verifying invoices & reports. Physical verification of stock both Warehouse & Showroom, prepare stock report and stock reconciliation on monthly basis. Providing management comprehensive report on daily Cash & Bank balances. Providing weekly Cash Flow statements. Checking bank statements and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements. Making orders to Principals on monthly as required to meet the target coordinate with sales persons forecast, showroom sales forecast and Warehouse re-order level. Liaising with International / Local suppliers and arrange LC opening, Remittance & follow up orders and shipments. Liaise with external audit during audit and attending their queries of any and solve the issues. Responsible for implementation ‘Focus’ Peachtree, Tally Software in the modules of Accounting & Inventory.  Effectively communicate with customers related to their queries of sales / Services etc.
