Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of relevant data published in S&P Global Market Intelligence products for the information tracked by the respective department. Possesses knowledge of internal applications and problem solving resources. Collaborates with the respective Associate Director on the supervision of daily workflow. Provides employee training and development within the department. Provides support with the development process of departmental goals and the management of employee performance.
