TIMEKEEPING & ADMINISTRATION :• To provide full support to the Contracts Manager and operation team during the project.• Responsible for administration & control the recording and coordination of labour & Staff time & attendance in accordance with company policy & procedures.• Maintaining disciplined access of employee on site.• To prepare daily staff attendance reports, late arrivals / Absentees for submittion to management. • To prepare different manpower summaries for commercial / costing / planning depts.• Looking after the administrative requirements of the employees force ( including annual leave, salary/transport/accommodation quires, medical, internal transfer, visa renewal, resignations, terminations etc.)• Counseling with employee force regarding absentees in order to reduce absent rate.• To control the recording of all aspects of time and attendance – including payments made, hours worked, leave days (sick and annual), production hours, bonus hours and days for non working hours.• To supervise the submission of documents to HR & Payroll for timely payment of leave, end of service benefits and other ad-hoc payments.• To ensure new employees joining procedure is followed by company policy ( joing forms, safety inductions, PPE issued, area allocation)• To ensure transfer of labour & Staff between sites is completed within the company policy through preparation of transfer forms and site clearance (if anything issued from site)• To coordinate with logistic dept. regarding employees transportion.• To prepare employee’s performance review forms.• To monitor the quality of the work completed in the T&A Department, paying particular attention to authorization of all clocked and recorded hours.• To work to all policies and procedures concerned with administration, time keeping, labour control and costing.• To report all and any irregularities in time and attendance to immediate superior / project management.
