Account Executive (started officially since 2016 January)Client service :-( May 20-2013 to December 2015) • Present product and services, get the deal closed, updating the clients with the latest and active specialized modifications and coming up with new commodities that escalate the business profits• Initiated trade to business sales relationships and formulated detailed proposals• Observing and presenting the competitive actions and updating with the latest merchandises, schemes and services• Estimating landed cost accurately prior to shipping and Matching invoices to purchase order line items• Work with warehouse team to make sure the orders have been delivered in time with set standards and for expiry exposure of products.• liaison between customers and the company on matters related to product upgrades, billing questions, reference programs and other customer service issues• Responds to client requests/inquiries and assist customers who have problems or questions with products or services• Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems in delivering orders• Inform customers prior in case of if any undelivered items and out of stock situations • Identify key business and develop and maintain relations with existing and potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets• Assist on sales proposals and work with the product and sales development team to ensure that customer requirements are met.• Ensure Products are priced correctly for client expansion opportunities.• Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments• Create and maintain plan/ sales/report documents working internally.• Assist sales in forecasting for customers’ requirements and use advance search features to develop reports, scorecards and corporate dashboards• Manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives
