Structural Engineer (Bridges)
Current• Consolidate best practices from project execution.• Lead team of Kiewit design engineers and partner with other Kiewit design offices in the US and Canada.• Work closely with teams and other civil engineering departments to maximize opportunities for successful pursuits and delivery of projects.• Oversee deliverables, quality and compliance with Kiewit standards.• Interface with Kiewit design and operating districts.• Serve as subject matter expert within the Structural discipline.• Manage design budgets including preparation of fee estimates, earned-value assessments and corrective actions.• Evaluate staff capabilities and staffing requirements. Develop, implement, and manage staffing plans.• Prepare and implement quality management plans.
