. Management of a team of 6 analysts responsible for process orders, inventory control, SAP configurations, management of products with deviations, analysis of performance and cost KPIs, direct material purchases, dashboards, and operational support. . Leader of layout modification projects and process phases to reduce losses and improve performance, following approval flow, justifying changes, defining schedules, developing change management, and risk analysis. . Responsible for the performance of two factory technologies (Dry and Wet), ensuring correct configuration of standards in SAP and other platforms, setting indicator goals, information on production capacity, annual standards review cycle, and leading production volume studies in connection with innovation and renewal. . Leader of high-impact projects, such as the implementation of software for automatic consumption of inputs and semi-finished products, leading regional and local teams. . Project mentor for improving performance and cost indicators. . Local project leader with global members to accelerate performance delivery, cost reduction, quality deviations, and unsafe working conditions. A team of 17 members dedicated to 36 projects over 5 months, recognized for execution, results, and team integration. . Safety leader through the leadership program at the Ribeirão Preto factory, participating in and leading weekly meetings on caring leadership, Bradley curve concept, equipment access modes, safety rules, caring leadership, safety practices on the shop floor, understanding operational frustrations, and promoting a speak-up culture. . Participation and leadership in safety, health, ergonomics, and environmental campaigns. Guidance on ergonomics project in the production environment, mapping ergonomic deviations reported by employees and studied by a specialized company, resulting in an action plan with 95% execution.
