As a support I have been doing prompt resolution of all computer hardware and software-related complaints/incidents. Prompt fulfilment of service requests to ensure the user returns to work satisfactorily. Assisting in installation, updates, and/or upgrades of applications/equipment required for end-users to function optimally. Racking and stacking of Routers, Switches, and firewalls, and providing console access to remote team for further configurations. Assisting on site during upgrading and migration activities. Performing Server room and Access Point surveys. Troubleshooting LAN and desktop problems including printer support and installation of Windows on user machines (Laptop & Desktop). I manage data center hardware, connectivity & health check of servers. I perform servers and storage shutdown/start-up activities.

I contributed to accurately calculating the carbon footprint generated from website visits. I also rectified final formulas, ensuring precision in calculations, and compiled and documented findings effectively, presenting them in both document and presentation formats.

I worked as trainee officer and my duties were to troubleshoot any errors regarding network and hardware devices as well as software or system failures, maintenance of the network for the MIS department. These experiences have taught me how to design and manage LAN, simple troubleshooting, the functionality and operation of firewall, configure switches and system management.
