My communications career began in 1993 as a junior copyeditor for an advertising firm in Tampa. In 1996 I returned to Naples, Florida, my hometown, and began work as an editor in the healthcare publishing industry. Opportunities in the field allowed me to write technical articles, which I continue to do today.
